At Feather Flags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your promotional displays. If your flags or hardware do not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all poles, ground stakes, and fabric flags are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned flags for damage, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
